I was not able to access the prescription request section and despite submitting problem to your help desk you were unable to help. You told me that my practice did not subscribe to the service and that I should ask my practice manager. The surgery confirmed that we should be able to access this service but you simply told me again to refer to the practice.
Totally disappointed in your help desk.
I have since found that I now cannot access the appointment request section either.
Sounded like a useful app but my experience has not been at all positive.
